Bye-Bye Cupcake

I didn't weigh in the last two weeks.

My time went like this:

weekend one:
cravings, eat everything, forget breakfast, eat, eat, eat, fast food - argh! I can't see an increase on the scales, i just can't...
week one: away in a hotel all week - stuck to it mon-fri - pointed everything
weekend two: works do out, eat, eat, eat, drink, drink, drink - conscious decision weeks ago not to weigh this week
week two: stick to the points, no weeklies, more veg/fruit, few walks
weekend three: loss of 4lb over the last two weeks - phew!

I'm petty damn chuffed if I'm honest.

Generally if I'm away at a hotel, or even if i have a long train journey its an excuse to eat what ever the hell I want. Anything and everything as long as i can carry it. Seriously the last time I was on a four hour train journey, I spent twenty pounds on what ever I could buy. And to fool myself that I wasn't completely a bad person, I'd buy a fruit salad or something similar, which is even worse that I'm trying to fool myself!

This time, I had water, pre-made sandwiches and pom-bear crisps (i heart these!) and enough motivation to look longingly at all the amazing shops with all the beautiful sugary treats. I walked away from cupcakes dagnamit!! Then, every single night at the hotel there was a three course dinner and every single night bar the last one i chose salad for the starter, reasonably healthy main and then fruit salad for dessert.

I said no to ben and jerrys, burgers, profiteroles, curries, chinese, roast dinners and cheesecakes.

And for that I'm proud.

Well done me.

This week I'd like to lose at least the one pound to make it a stone, but I'd like to see 2-3 loss. And try to gain at least 15 activity points this week!
