So with my 3lb weight loss, I've now gone down to 49 points per day (+ 49 weeklies)
And this is where things generally go a bit wobbly for me and I lose track and put everything back on and then some.
I'm not quite sure why 49 points seems to be so difficult, but 50 points is fine.
This weeks been a bit hit and miss with points, but I have been clocking up the activity points. As I've said before, I'm then away for two weeks, which leaves me with three weigh-ins after to ensure I reach 21.4 and reach my 2 1/2 stone and 10%.
Hmmm... I really want to get over this hump but I'm not sure whats making it so difficult.
